Health and Fitness Evaluations The Health and Fitness Evaluations for the UCD ACE programme are carried out by physiotherapy students and led by Chartered Physiotherapists from the UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science. The Health and Fitness Evaluation will help you monitor your improvement over the course of the programme and involves completing a health questionnaire and physical measurements of weight, height, fitness, flexibility and strength.

You will also be provided with personal advice from health professionals and the opportunity to set your own personal goals. Health and Fitness Evaluations will take place between Sept 11 - Sept 15, 2017. Click here to sign up.

The Health Evaluations take place in the UCD Physiotherapy Hub which is located on the second floor of the UCD Sports Centre. You will be assigned your own individual tester and the health evaluations are carried out in a safe and comfortable environment. You can avail of the opportunity to undergo a Health and Fitness Evaluation at the start of the UCD ACE programme and again at the end of 8 weeks of exercise classes, to help measure your progress. There will also be an opportunity to attend a mid-way follow-up at the Physiotherapy Hub at week 4 of the programme, to get further advice and discuss your progress.
