The UCD Better Bones Level 1 Exercise Programme has been designed specifically for people with osteoporosis and low bone density and is suitable for individuals who think they have osteoporosis and would like to get active. The programme is safe and gentle enough not to cause pain or injury, even if you are not used to exercise. It will teach you how to reduce the risk of fractures and outline exercises which will strengthen the muscles and improve balance.
