Better Bones Programme
What is involved in the UCD Better Bones Level 2 Programme?
  • Initial Screening to reassess your fitness levels since completion of the UCD Better Bones Level 1 programme
  • 10 weeks of exercise classes delivered by a chartered physiotherapist which aim to strengthen and improve your overall level of muscle strength and bone density.
  • During the 10 weeks, some of the resistance training will be using gym machines.
  • Attend a nutritional talk delivered by an expert nutritionist on the topic ‘Nutrition & Bone Health’.
  • Reassessment of your level of fitness at the end of the 10 weeks.
