UCD Get in Gear Health & Exercise Programmes

The UCD Get in Gear programmes are dynamic and exciting health and exercise programmes which target UCD students, UCD staff members and members of the local community. The UCD Get in Gear programmes aims to promote and encourage exercise and a healthy lifestyle. All programmes are carefully designed to cater for all fitness levels. The UCD Get in Gear programmes provide a great opportunity to get involved in sport and exercise activities using group support which helps to keep you motivated throughout the programme. The UCD Get in Gear Programmes are run by UCD Sport in partnership with UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science. The programmes are also supported by the UCD Institute for Sport and Health, and UCD Institute of Food and Health.
