Biography:
| Berna Grist BL PhD is a barrister and chartered town planner specialising in planning law. She co-edited the Irish Planning Law Factbook with the late James Macken SC and, as Senior Lecturer in the School of Planning and Environmental Policy at UCD, has published widely in the fields of planning and environmental law, public policy and governance. During the period 2001-2006, she served as a Member of An Bord Pleanala and was formerly Deputy Chairperson of the Aquaculture Licenses Appeals Board. |
