Biography:
| I received my PhD in 2007 from UCLA (Los Angeles, USA) in geography. I had previously received an MA from the University of Kentucky (USA) in geography, and a BA from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) in International Development Studies and Political Science. I am originally from Montreal, Canada and arrived at UCD in September 2007. |
Research Interests
| My research interests fall under the following areas: 2) Geopolitics and Geoeconomics. 3) The US "War on Drugs" in Afghanistan, Mexico and Latin America in general. 4) The current international economic crisis. In addition to my academic work, I write for the online and print press, and act as analyst for international television and radio programs on current events and US foreign policy. |
