Who is the Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health for?
The programme is a designed for graduates who are engaged in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), who have not previously achieved a higher qualification in OSH.
What will I learn?
At the end of the programme, students will have developed the ability to develop and implement health and safety management and risk management systems relevant to the OSH needs of their professional discipline; professional and academic writing skills; self-management and self-directive skills and research skills.
How will I benefit?
This programme is mapped at level 9 on the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland (NQAI) framework. On successful completion of the programme, graduates will be able to progress to a variety of research graduate degrees.
What is the programme about?
Developing and implementing health and safety management systems relevant to the Occupational Safety and Health needs of the professional discipline of the participating candidates.
These part-time programmes are designed to be completed over two full years. The Graduate Diploma in OSH will be completed over five semesters

The Graduate Diploma in OSH programme is designed for graduates who are already practising OSH professionals, who have not previously achieved a higher qualification in occupational safety and health.
