Extenuating Circumstances - Semester 2 2011/2012

Completed extenuating circumstances forms and relevant supplementart documentation for students in the following courses and stages should be submitted to the Health Sciences Programme Office no later than 12noon, Friday, 18th May 2012.

• Medicine Stages 1-3
• GEM Stage 1
• GEM Stage 2 (non-Clinical 1 modules)
• BHLS Stages 1-4

White Coat Ceremony 2012
