Mental Health Ireland, in conjunctionw ith UCD SU are hosting the 5000 Steps to Wellbeing Walk on Saturday October 14th at 2pm in UCD. The 5000 steps walk will incorporate the "Five Ways to Wellbeing" by concentrating on each of the five ways of - Keep Learning, Take Notice, Be Active, Connect and Give, for each 1000 steps.
The walk is open to everyone of all abilities and is buggy and dog friendly. Mental Health Ireland will have guest leaders joining the walk to inform walkers about each of the five ways. Adults must register and pay 15EUR to take part with details to register here. Meetign point is at UCD Sports Centre. All proceeds will support Mental Health Ireland's education, information and research projects.
