UCD Mental Health Week‌‌

The UCD Student Advisers, along with Healthy UCD and other partners are delighted to announce UCD Mental Health Week from the 3rd-10th of October 2018, finishing on World Mental Health day (Wednesday October 10th). There is so much going on across the week to get involved in from sleep workshops, to mindfulness, tai chi, coffee mornings and panel discussions- lots for staff and students alike!

The THREE main events from Healthy UCD are:

  • Tai Chi Taster Session- on Wednesday the 3rd of October from 1-2pm in Hall B, UCD Sports Center.
  • Your Food Your Mood- on Friday the 5th of October from 12.15-1pm in A008 Health Sciences.
  • Mindfulness Colouring for Students- on Tuesday 9th of October from 12.15-1pm - C117 in Health Sciences - Refreshments provided!
