UCD Staff Tai Chi Club

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that aims to connect both mind and body. It can be a great way to de-stress after a busy day and practice mindfulness techniques also. After very successful 5-week taster courses of Tai Chi in UCD, Healthy UCD and Culture and Engagement HR are delighted to announce the establishment of the UCD Staff Tai Chi Club. Over the summer, the club will be meeting from the 19th of June- the 28th of August. That is every:

Tuesday evening from 5.30pm-7pm in Studio 4 in UCD Sports Centre
