Resourcing Process - Key Steps
Step 1: Application - Candidates applies through UCD website and receives the email of Acknowledgment of UCD Application

Step 2: Shortlisting - Interview Board shortlists candidates for attending interview

Step 3: Shortlisting results - UCD HR Resourcing Team contacts shortlisted and also not shortlisted candidates

Step 4: Interview - UCD HR Resourcing Team provides further interview details for shortlisted candidates

Step 5: Interview Results - UCD HR Resourcing Team contacts successful and also unsuccessful candidates

Step 6: Post Interview Process - Request further candidate information (where relevant) and contractual discussions
