|Step 3: Shortlisting results - UCD HR Resourcing Team contacts shortlisted and also not shortlisted candidates|
|Step 4: Interview - UCD HR Resourcing Team provides further interview details for shortlisted candidates|
|Step 5: Interview Results - UCD HR Resourcing Team contacts successful and also unsuccessful candidates|
|Step 6: Post Interview Process - Request further candidate information (where relevant) and contractual discussions|
