FRAMC & Governing Authority Meetings


The UCD Pensions Office is responsible for compiling the HR Agenda for submission to the Finance Remuneration and Asset Management Committee (FRAMC). This page contains a list of the items that require approval and those that require noting only. You will also find details of upcoming deadlines for submission of information.

Items for approval

The following items must be recommended by the FRAMC to the Governing Authority for approval:

  • Higher Responsibility Allowances.
  • HR Policy Changes.

The Pensions Office will issue a letter confirming approval of the item to the staff member following the Governing Authority meeting.  This will be copied to the Head of School/Unit.

The following items are sent for noting to the FRAMC and then Governing Authority:

  • Retirement Benefits 
  • Royalty payments

Dates and Deadlines

All material for addition to the HR Agenda must be with the UCD Pensions Office by the dates as listed on Governing Authority home page for the next FRAMC and subsequent Governing Authority meetings.
