Promotions
This section contains all information in relation to the various promotion pathways available in UCD. It contains information on application and assessment procedure for promotion to Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor (under review) and Professor (under review).
Numbers for promotion in 2012/2013 have been agreed as follows:
- Senior Lecturer = 35
- Associate Professor = 14
- Professor = 7
For Lecturers and Senior Lecturers there is also a section on the award of Tenure and information pertaining to alternative promotion pathways including the Academic Staff Retention Pathway Policy, the Research Funded Pathway and Senior Management Pathway. Information is also available on the Membership and meetings of the The University Committee for Academic Appointments, Tenure and Promotions (UCAATP).
Academic Appeals
