Ineffacer: l’œuvre et ses fins / (Un)makings: The Work and Its Ends

This international conference will will explore how various contemporary writers and artists engage with the question of the end (terminus) and, in so doing, invite us to reflect more generally on the ends (telos) of all aesthetic endeavour. Among the guests of honour during these two days of dialogue and readings will be the poet and philosopher Michel Deguy and the Quebec poet Hélène Dorion.
