Wellcome Trust - How to Prepare a Grant Application

The Humanities Institute is pleased to announce a training session for humanities scholars on how to prepare a grant application to the Wellcome Trust. The event will take place in the HI seminar room (H204) on: Wednesday, 23 November between 3-5pm

and will be led by Dr Catherine Cox (School of History) who currently holds a Wellcome Trust Senior Investigator Award entitled Prisoners, Medical Care and Entitlement to Health in England and Ireland, 1850-2000' with Professor Hilary Marland at Warwick University.

All colleagues who are working in areas that are related to the Medical Humanities or who have an interest in developing a research project that straddles the humanities, health or wellbeing are invited to attend.

The workshop is in advance of the preliminary application deadlines for the following schemes:
