Arnold Hunt is a Curator of Manuscripts at the British Library and author of The Art of Hearing: Preachers and their Audiences 1590-1640 (Cambridge, 2010). He is one of the editors of the forthcoming Oxford Edition of the Sermons of John Donne, and has contributed chapters to the Oxford Handbook of John Donne (2011) and the Oxford Handbook of the Early Modern Sermon (forthcoming, June 2011).

This workshop is open both to established scholars and to research students. Those interested in participating are invited to contact Kathleen Middleton (kathleen.middleton@ucd.ie) in order to register their interest, as space is limited.

This event is being organised in connection with the research project 'Protestants, print and Gaelic culture in Ireland, 1567-1722' (PI: Dr Marc Caball), which is funded by the IRCHSS and the Department of the Taoiseach.
