UCD Launch of ConsultUCD

The UCD launch of ConsultUCD, the university’s new support service for academics who wish to take on external consultancy work, takes place on 4 May.

See further details below.

While the provision of consultancy services is well developed within UK universities and further afield, ConsultUCD is the first managed consultancy service in the Irish HEI sector and UCD aims to be a pioneer in this field in Ireland.

UCD is committed to engaging in an increasingly broad range of activities that allow stakeholders, such as business, industry, public sector and not-for-profit organisations, to benefit fully from the wealth of expertise, research, innovation and technology generated by our university.

As part of this broader agenda, ConsultUCD has been established to facilitate access and support consultancy engagement between business, industry and the university and to support our academic community in providing such a service to external clients.

If you are a member of the UCD staff community and would like to find out more about how ConsultUCD can support and assist you in your external consultancy work, please register to attend our launch event.
