Coming to UCD?

Iraqi students at UCD

As one of Ireland’s most popular destinations for International students, UCD is already proud to welcome many Iraqi students across a range of disciplines and we hope that you will consider continuing your education with us. UCD welcomes students who are also applying from the Kurdistan region.

On campus, you will have access to suitable prayer facilities and the Islamic Cultural Centre of Ireland (ICC) is located right beside the UCD campus. You can also avail of halal meals in UCD restaurants and will have access to world class facilities

There are a number of societies, including an Islamic society for you to join and also a number of International and cultural events throughout the year so there is always something happening.

In the 2016/2017 Academic Year, 11 students from Iraq studied at UCD.
