College Liaison
The College Liaison process is a vital link between UCD IT Services and their customers. Regular meetings facilitate more open communication and allow for a better understanding of college and service requirements. It has proved of valuable assistance in the development of more focused IT services for all, in both the long and short term.
This College Liaison service is managed by Seamus Shaw, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), UCD IT Services and co-ordinated through nominated project managers from UCD IT Services.
The Central IT User Committee (CITUC)
The Central IT User Committee (CITUC) was established in October 2006. Responsible for prioritising issues across Colleges, the CITUC provides input to the annual IT work programme planning. The CITUC is made up of representatives from each College IT Committee.
