A browser is the program that displays web pages on your computer.
Some browsers are probably already installed on your computer. If not you can download them from the internet for free.

Security & updates
New internet security threats are emerging all the time.
To stay safe, it is very important that you always use the latest version of your chosen browser. Some browsers allow you to get security updates automatically.
Check the settings on your browser. Otherwise re-visit the browser’s website at regular intervals to check for new updates.
