Selfpass allows you to change your network password if you have forgotten it.

If you have forgotten your password and have set your on-line challenge questions, follow these steps.

Step 1

Go to http://selfpass.ucd.ie

Step 2

Click on the link “If you have forgotten your password click here.”

Step 3

Enter your UCD Connect username

Step 4

Answer your questions with your pre-defined passwords.

Step 5

Change your password.

You can answer your password challenge questions by logging into http://selfpass.ucd.ie.
