Students
All first year students will receive details of their computer account in the post. Your user id is your CAO number. The password is your date of birth.
You are advised to change your password after a successful login, using the self service password service.
Your email address and account will remain open for the duration of your academic career here in UCD. Once you are no longer registered with the university, your account will close but you will receive 30 days advance notice to give you time to change your contact details and backup any files you may have.
