Create a personalised email signature in Outlook 2003

Follow these steps to add a personalised signature to the end of all your emails in Outlook 2003.
Start Outlook 2003.
Click Tools at the top of the screen.
In the drop-menu, select Options.
When the Options window opens, select the Mail Format tab.
You will notice the Signatures section at the bottom.
If you do not already have a signature, your Signatures window will appear with <None> selected for both ‘new messages’ as well as ‘replies and forwards’.
If you do have a signature, you will see the ‘name’ of your signature rather than <None>
Click Signatures to bring up the Create Signatures window.
Select New…
If you have an old signature you can edit it by selecting Edit.
Enter a name for your new signature.
Make sure Start with a blank signature is selected.
Click Next.
Type your signature in the textbox.
Click OK and exit.
The signature will now be added to the end of all your emails.
