Using UCD's AntiSpam Service

PureMessage is the spam control system used to block unsolicited email to staff and student mailboxes in UCD.

Over 2 million emails are received at UCD every day. Over 98% of these are spam.

To install anti-spam follow the steps below.

Step 1

To sign up for the PureMessage service, log into UCD Connect, click on the IT Services tab.

Step 2

Click signup in the PureMessage area.

Step 3

The option to unsubscribe will replace subscribe once you have successfully signed up.
