The house rules for posting content on UCD IT Services Twitter channel is as follows:
We value friendly contributions that are relevant to the conversation whether positive or negative, however, if content is offensive, denigrating, slanderous, spam, inaccurate or completely out of context, it will be removed if necessary. Please abide by the guidelines given in the acceptable usage policy. IT Services will read @replies, however the IT Helpdesk ithelpdesk@ucd.ie should be contacted in relation to individual queries.
