How to add credit to your printing account

Adding credit to your printing account is easy. You can use WAP, the internet or your mobile phone.

All 1st years have received 50c print credit from Ricoh.

Please note that unless printing credit is claimed within 200 days from when you were last registered it will be donated to the student Welfare fund.

Mobile

Just follow the instructions. The maximum top-up that can be added at any one time is €3 (call costs from mobile phones vary depending on your service provider). The service is available 24x7.

Internet

Go to www.ricoh-epay.ie
Simply log on to the Ricoh-epay site and follow the instructions to top up your account. There’s no cost to you and the latest security technology ensures that your payment is secure.
Top-up amounts are €5, €10, €20, €30, €40 and €50 and the service is available 24x7. The system will accept all major credit, laser and 3V cards.

WAP

Access www.ricoh-epay.ie from your mobile phone
Use the browser on your mobile phone to log on to the low bandwidth version of the Ricoh ePay site. Complete the form to top-up your account. Again there’s no cost to you and you can be sure that your payment is secure. Top-up amounts are €5, €10, €20, €30, €40 and €50 and the service is available 24x7.

Step 1

Go to a print top-up machine. See a list of top-up machine locations.

Step 2

Enter your student number using the touch screen.

Step 3

Enter your PIN number (default: 0000).

Note: We recommend that you change your Printing PIN. To change your PIN, visit https://nrgwebsvr.ucd.ie/webcentre/.

Step 4

The screen display shows your balance.

Step 5

To buy more credit, insert coins (€2/€1) or notes.
