Details and instructions on how to request a new UCD Connect account
Your UCD Connect account uses the same username and password that you use to login to the UCD network (via the ‘Novell’ login).
Students
You are automatically given a UCD username and password when you register with the University. These details will remain valid for the duration of your academic career here in UCD.
If you have forgotten your details, contact the Helpdesk at ext. 2700.
Staff
You must apply for a UCD network username and password.

Note: Your username/password for UCD Connect is the same as your username/password for UCD network.
