To request a Banner user account please send a completed Request for Access form to Business Support,
Employee Self Service
Staff are assigned a Core Employee Self Service account when they join UCD. Your Connect username and password are used to access the system. For access and support please contact HR at hris@ucd.ie.
CoreHR

eFinancials
To request an eFinancials user account please send a completed Request for Access form and eFinancials User Access form to Finance Systems,
eProcurement
To request access to eProcurement please contact finance.systems@ucd.ie.
UCD InfoView
To request a UCD InfoView user account please send a completed Request for Access form to MIS Team, IT Services, Room 117,
Jira
To request a Jira user account please email msu@ucd.ie. Support is available from msu@ucd.ie or on ext. 1494.
RMS Profiles
RMS Profiles can be accessed via the UCD Research website or can be accessed directly with single sign on from the Applications channel on the Administrative Services tab on Connect. For account and support queries please contact the Research Services Team on ext. 4040.

RMS Grants can be accessed via the UCD Research intranet or can be accessed directly from the Applications channel on the Administrative Services tab on Connect using your Connect username and password. For account and support queries please contact the Research Services Team on ext. 4040.
SISWeb
SISWeb is set up for students prior to registration. Support is available from the Student Desk in
Staff requiring a SISWeb user account should send a completed Request for Access form to Business Support, Tierney
Browser Compatibility for Administrative Systems
