Launch of new IT support section on the IT Services website
Our website just got bigger and better! IT Services are delighted to launch the brand new IT support section on our website.
The design and content of the IT support pages have been enhanced to make them more user-friendly and intuitive.
You will still have access to the features you are familiar with but you'll also find a new and improved IT support section. Now you can find the solutions to your IT queries online.

This section provides information on all our main services eg email, Blackboard, UCD Connect. Each service is divided into an easy-to-navigate topic page, providing instructions on how to use each service and solutions to your queries.
Top support questions
Check our top support questions section for a shortcut to solving your most frequently asked queries.
Search for help
Searching for help on the new IT support webpages will now be much easier due to the recently introduced Google Search Appliance (GSA) which provides more accurate and effective searching of all web content.
Service announcements
Our Service Announcements regarding changes to IT services are now colour coded to be more easily identifiable and can be found on the upper right hand corner of the IT support homepage.
