Positive Feedback on the new Student Printing System
The recent Student Printing survey run by Ricoh in conjunction with UCD IT Services garnered nearly 3000 respondents. The results of the survey are positive indicating that satisfaction with the new student printing system introduced during the summer of 2008 is high.
- 78% considered the Green policy adopted by UCD to be a very good to excellent idea.
- 72% considered Print quality of the new printing system to be very good to excellent.
- Although 70% rated ease of use of the kiosks for topping up to be very good or excellent the majority rated accessibility and availability of kiosks as fair to good. However, the introduction of an e-payment facility in the near future should ensure an improvement on these points.
