UCD InfoView usage grows by over 25%

Over the past years, IT Services MIS Team has delivered a number of improvements to make information available and accessible to academics and management staff through UCD InfoView. The MIS team has been working with staff in schools and management units to get a better understanding of the information that people need and translating this into a set of usable reports accessed via the InfoView channel. Specific focus has been given to speed of running reports, ease of access to information and relevance of the information available.

Resulting from these efforts, the latest figures for January 2009 show a year-on-year InfoView usage growth of more than 25%. Daily usage reached an all-time high with more than 2200 reports viewed in one day.
