How to find the solution to your IT query

We have the answers and there are many ways to find the solution to your query once you arrive at www.ucd.ie/itservices 

1. You can get help by clicking on the IT Support link on the left hand side menu of the homepage. This will bring you to the IT Support section of the website. Here you will find Top Questions, Announcements and a list of important topics, which may contain the information you are looking for.

2. There is also a Search UCD IT Services box within the IT Support homepage.

3. You can also use the Google Search box which you will find on every page of the IT Services website on the top right hand side of your screen. Search for the topic you want information on by typing in a key word such as “printing”.

4. If you are logged in to UCD Connect go to the IT Services tab to access a Search UCD IT Services box, Top Questions, IT Services Announcements and Support Videos.

5. And remember if you can’t find what you are looking for you can always give the Helpdesk a call on 01 716 2700.
