In 2015 UCD IT Services continued to focus on engaging with the UCD Community as part of our Quality Review Self-Assessment process which was undertaken in preparation for our Quality review. We also began to draft a strategic plan for Information technology in UCD 2016- 2020. Customer services, with a clear focus on outcomes are key goals for IT Services. With this in mind, we started the development of a new vision statement which will form the cornerstone of everything we do to support and contribute to the UCD Strategy 2015 - 2020. This vision is: “Empower people by transforming University life with new and emerging digital technologies.”
Our Annual Review 2015 focuses on some of the main projects undertaken throughout the year and also highlights some of the smaller but high impact developments undertaken. You can view the Annual Review here.
