Communicating IT issues over the Christmas break

IT Services wishes to inform our customers that in the event of an IT outage over the Christmas break Twitter will be our primary communication method. You can follow us on Twitter @ucditservices.

If access permits a Service Announcement will also be posted on our website. In the case of an outage to a core service we will publish a popup alert on the UCD IT Services homepage.

IT Services would like to wish all our customers a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful new year.
