Blackboard Collaborate
Blackboard Collaborate is a real-time web conferencing tool, which can be used to support teaching and learning, as well as other collaborative projects in research or administration.
It provides a cost-effective and time-saving means of realising “anytime” and “anywhere” opportunities to teach & learn, meet and work together using video, audio, whiteboard, chat, weblinks and shared applications.
It now comes in two forms – Classic and Ultra. The default is Classic but if you wish to use Ultra then email ithelpdesk@ucd.ie and it can be turned on for your module(s) in Blackboard.
