The external examiners management system providers a capability for users in schools and colleges to record details of proposed subject and special external examiners.

The tool for recording grades in the student system is Gradebook. Module coordinators can access their modules and record the grades for their students, either manually or via an electronic upload.

Examination Logistics involves the scheduling of UCD Examinations and the reporting of this. The scheduling of exams is done by the CMIS system which is used to manage room allocations, generate UCD’s lecture schedules and assessments timetables.
