Video Conferencing
IT Services provides a video conferencing service, which can be used for teaching, collaborative work, management meetings, job interviews, vivas and other events. Video conferencing services are provided in the Daedalus building, room G4 in the CASL seminar room, Teaching & Learning Woodview and in Media Services, Monday to Friday 09.30 to 17.30. Services will be provided on a best endeavor basis outside these hours.
Access and Support
Access to the video conferencing services can be obtained by completing a Video Conferencing Request Form.
You will then be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your room booking and, if it is your first time using video conferencing in this room, you will be asked to attend a pre-use training session at a suitable time.
