"Rory Godson had a successful career in journalism with a number of newspapers. He was Irish Editor of The Sunday Times before moving, in 2000, to London where he was Business Editor of The Sunday Times. He subsequently worked as Director of Corporate Affairs at Goldman Sachs International. In 2004, he founded Powerscourt, a financial and strategic communications consultancy based in London where it advises many well-known companies and individuals. It works with a number of Irish clients including Aer Lingus, Bank of Ireland, Greencore, Independent News & Media, Paddy Power and smurfit Kappa Group.
