Workshop on the Separation of Powers

The objective of this workshop is to invite a number of prominent academics in this area to Dublin to discuss matters concerning the organisation and distribution of institutional powers in modern governance systems. The expectation would be that this would establish a research network which would facilitate future collaboration between those participating in the event. It would be anticipated that the discussion would lead to the publication of an edited collection of papers with an international academic press.
