Resolution of Individual Employment Rights Disputes conference

The School of Law, in conjunction with the Employment Law Association of Ireland, hosted a High Level Conference on the 1st and 2nd July on the Resolution of Individual Employment Rights Disputes. The conference was formally opened by the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton, T.D., who used the occasion to make a significant policy announcement on the rationalisation of the various bodies operating in this area. Other speakers included HH Judge Jeremy McMullen Q.C., Anthony Kerr (UCD), Professor Yvonne Erkens (University of Leiden), Professor Bernard Adell (Queen's University Ontario) and Tom Evans (NI Department of Employment and Learning).
