Marek Martyniszyn presents work at 18th Competition Law Scholars Forum Workshop
Marek Martyniszyn, Ad Astra scholar and PhD candidate recently presented his work on state involvement and participation in transnational anticompetitive conduct at the 18th Competition Law Scholars Forum Workshop, held at the City Law School, City University in London. This research forms part of the doctoral thesis which he is writing under the supervision of Professor Imelda Maher. The thesis examines the deficiencies of the regulation of transnational anticompetitive arrangements. Marek's presentation at the CLaSF workshop continues the School's active involvement in ongoing competition law and policy discourse.
Previously, in this leading framework for discussion Jocelyn Delatre presented on private enforcement (2010), and Professor Imelda Maher on modernisation of competition law (2009).
