The Second and Final year prize-winners were awarded for their overall performance in their year.
Bank of Ireland has generously sponsored the prizes each year and this year’s ceremony took place in the magnificent surroundings of the House of Lords in Bank of Ireland, College Green.
The opening address was given by the Dean of Law, Professor Colin Scott and the prizes were presented to each student by Professor Mark Rogers, Acting Registrar and Deputy President of UCD. The Honourable Mr. Justice Donal O’ Donnell of the Supreme Court of Ireland, and Mr. Des Crowley, Chief Executive – Retail (Ireland & UK), Bank of Ireland, also addressed the audience.
