Conference on competition law enforcement
The UCD Law School in association with the Competition Authority hosted a conference on competition law enforcement. The one day conference explored the question of enforcement in the antitrust sphere, looking at the enforcement toolkit available in both private and public enforcement, and civil and criminal actions.
