National Irish Bank Irish Law Awards 2012
The National Irish Bank Irish Law Awards 2012 were held recently in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin. UCD School of Law were honoured with the prize for the ‘Law School Debating/Mooting Team’
The School’s Mooting team is made up of Brian McCormick, Neal Flynn and Matthew Morrow. Brian and Neal are both 3rd year students on the BCL (Law with Economics) programme, while Matthew is a 3rd year student on the BCL (Law with History) programme.
The Irish Law Awards identify and honour outstanding performances in Law throughout Ireland and are the first event of their kind in the country.
The awards ceremony was hosted by Miriam O’ Callaghan, who herself is an alumna of the UCD School of Law.
