Brian Hutchinson appointed to Company Law Review Group
Mr. Brian Hutchinson has been appointed by the Minister for Enterprise, Jobs and Innovation to the Company Law Review Group. The Company Law Review Group is a statutory advisory expert body charged with advising the Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Innovation on the review and development of company law in Ireland. The Review Group was accorded statutory advisory status by Part 7 of the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001 and operates on a two-yearly work-programme. Brian’s appointment will be for two years. He is currently the Director of the UCD Commercial Law Centre and the Course Director of the Diploma in Arbitration, as well as a Senior Lecturer at both undergraduate and graduate level in the School.
