Professional Diploma in Employment Law
The latest graduates from the Professional Diploma in Employment Law received their diploma certificates from Mr Kevin Duffy, Chairman of the Labour Court, at a recent ceremony.
This year’s presentation ceremony for the graduates of the Law School’s Professional Diploma in Employment Law took place in the National University of Ireland in Merrion Square on 10th July. The graduates were presented with their parchments by Kevin Duffy, Chairman of the Labour Court, who addressed them and the guests on the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation’s proposals to reform the employment rights dispute resolution machinery. Amongst the audience were Esther Lynch (ICTU), Rhona Murphy (IBEC), Freda Nolan (LRC), Pat Brady (Workplace Solutions), Alan Haugh (A & L Goodbody) and Ciaran O’Mara (O’Mara Geraghty McCourt).
