Dr Noel McGrath joins the School of Law
Dr Noel McGrath has joined the School of Law as a lecturer in law. He will act as academic co-ordinator of the Bachelor of Business and Law programme. His research interests are in the legal framework for secured transactions and the developing transnational law of cross-border finance. Prior to joining UCD, Noel held lectureships at the School of Law and Government at Dublin City University and at the School of Law in the University of Ulster at Jordanstown. He holds a BCL and PhD from University College Dublin and is also a graduate of the Honorable Society of the King’s Inns.
