Osgoode Hall Law School hosted Dr. Suzanne Kingston as Visiting Research Fellow
The EU Centre of Excellence at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto, hosted Dr. Suzanne Kingston as Visiting Research Fellow. During her stay, Dr. Kingston gave, amongst other things, public lectures on the topics “From an European Economic Community to an EU of “Values”: Assessing the Limits of the “Ever Closer Union” and “Rights, Security and Conflicting International Obligations: The ECJ’s Judgment in Kadi and its aftermath” (with discussion from Professor Robert Howse of New York University).
