Tony Kerr Book Launch
On Wednesday, 15th December, 2010, the Annual Diploma in Employment Law distinguished guest lecture took place in the UCD Global Irish Institute. Professor Keith Ewing of King’s College London delivered the lecture which focused on the dramatic implications for Irish law of the recent decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in cases concerning Article 11 of the Convention.
The lecture was followed by a reception at which the collection of papers from the UCD School of Law’s High Level Conference on the Industrial Relations Act 1990, published by Thomson Round Hall was launched by Ms Justice Mary Laffoy.
